1) Holy Spirit Ministry(Gn.1:2)

  Genesis 1: 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
  Moses now teaches that the power of the Spirit was necessary in order to sustain it. He, therefore, asserts that this mass, however confused it might be, was rendered stable, for the time, by the secret efficacy of the Spirit. 
  Therefore, that Scripture must be fulfilled, "Send forth your Spirit, and they shall be created, and you shall renew the face of the earth,"(Ps.104:30) so, on the other hand, as soon as the Lord takes away his Spirit, all things return to their dust and vanish away. (Calvin)
  It means the third God, the Holy Spirit, the source of all life force and the governing order of the world. The energy sources vibrating from the Holy Spirit are the history of fire and wind that breathe life into the earth mixed with deep darkness and deep water, which means that his energy sources run not only throughout the earth but also into the universe.
  The size of the universe is unclear at the moment, but the universe we are scientifically aware of has a spatial range of 10 billion light-years that includes more than 100 billion galaxies and continues to expand within the span of time over the past 10 billion years.
 We can feel the infinite power of the Holy Spirit.

 Studying the planet Earth can be also helpful to understand the Bible. 
  A. Planet Earth: Background
  First, I want to give you some background information about our planet. As you know, there are eight planets in our solar system. Our planet, Earth, is the third planet from the sun. It is also the fifth largest planet in our solar system. How large is Earth? If we draw a line directly through the center of the planet, the distance from the North Pole to the South Pole is almost 13,000 kilometers. Earth is made up of three main layers: the crust, the mantle, and the core. The crust is the outer layer of Earth. The mantle is the next layer, under the crust. The core is the last layer, at the center of Earth. Scientists can study these three layers by using seismic waves. Seismic waves are like waves of energy. Scientists send these waves of energy through the crust, the mantle, and the core, and watch carefully as the waves pass through the three layers. Seismic waves act differently as they pass through different kinds of materials, so scientists can learn important information about Earth's layers.  

 B. Inside Our Planet
Oceanic crust is only about 6 to 11 kilometers thick. Continental crust is thicker than oceanic crust, about 30 to 40 kilometers thick. And as I said, both kinds of crust are made up of solid rock. 
  Moving down from the crust, the next layer of Earth is called the mantle. This layer is much thicker than the crust; the mantle is about 2,900 kilometers deep. The upper part of the mantle is cool, solid rock, like the crust. But the further down you go into the mantle, the more the temperature increases. Because of the higher temperature, the lower part of the mantle is hot and soft. 
 Finally, continuing downward to the center of the planet., we come to the core, the core can be divided into two parts: an outer core and an inner core. The outer core is very, very hot. It is so hot, in fact, that the rocks here melt and become liquid. Think about that. Deep down below us, near the center of Earth, there is a layer of hot liquid rock! At the very center of Earth, there is a huge ball of very high pressure and high temperature material. This is called the inner core. Scientists believe the inner core is made up of two metals called  iron and nickel. The pressure of Earth on this iron and nickel creates a lot of heat. Scientists guess that the temperature of the inner core may be as high as 4,000 degrees Celsius. This heat moves outward to form the core and heats the planet from the inside. 

 C. The Dynamic Earth
  Earth's surface is broken into large pieces called plates. These plates are slowly moving all the time, For example, the two large plates under the Atlantic Ocean are moving away from each other. Scientists have measured the rate of movement at about two and a half centimeters per year. In other words, the Atlantic Ocean is slowly growing bigger, by about 2.5 centimeters every year. 
  The Himalaya Mountains began to form when two plates pushed together 50million years ago. As the two plates came together, the land was pushed up and formed mountains. Today, the plates are still moving toward each other, and the Himalayas are rising at a rate of about 5 millimeters per year. 
  Sometimes two plates move past each other side by side. One example of this is in the state of California. The southern part of California is moving northwest, while the northern part of Calfornia is moving southeast. The rate of movement is almost 5 centimeters a year. In theory, San Francisco and Los Angeles could move past each other in the future. 
  The Hawaiian Islands are located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. The islands are moving in a northwest direction at a rate of about 7centimeters per year. As they move northwest, they are getting closer and closer to the islands of Japan. In theory, the two groups of islands may meet millions of years in the future.

2) Jesus ministry

Genesis 1: 3 And God said, Have light, and there was light.
Light: The First Day,  this light refers to the eternal light of John 1: 4 and is therefore distinguished from the temporary light of the solar system created on day 4th.
  The sun and moon supply us with light: and, according to our notions, we so include this power to give light in them, that if they were taken away from the world, it would see impossible for any light to remain. Therefore the Lord, by the very order of the creation, bears witness that he holds in his hand the light, which he is able to impart to us without the sun and moon. Further, it is certain, from the context, that the light was so created as to be interchanged with darkness. (Calvin)

John 1: 1 In the beginning was the Word, which was with God, which is God.
John 1: 2 He was with God in the beginning,
John 1: 3 All things were made by him, and nothing he made was without him.
John 1: 4 there was life in it, which is the light of men.

If the work of the Holy Spirit is an external work, then the work of Jesus can be called an internal work.

3) Harmony between the Holy Spirit 

   and Jesus' Ministry.

A. Formless (Gn.1:2) - Word (John 1:1-4)

  This means that there is no life or any particular form on earth created by God before God's word is.
 For example
  Gn.1:6 And God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water."
  Gn.1:7 So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so.
  Gn.1:8 God called the expanse "sky." And there was evening, and there was morning--the second day.
  Gn.1:9 And God said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let the dry ground appear." And it was so.
  Gn.1:10 God called the dry ground "land," and the gathered waters he called "seas." And God saw that it was good.

  John 1: 3 All things were made by him, and nothing he made was without him. We can see that the formless of verse 2 had a certain form by the word.
The conclusion is that life without words is the life of formless, emptiness and darkness itself.

B. empty (verse 2) - life (John 1: 1-4)

  Since The empty is filled by the Life of Jesus Therefore, our empty comes from the loss of Jesus' life.
 The efforts of so many people to replace our empty with "money, reputation and pleasure" are all in vain.

Ec.1:1 The words of the Teacher, son of David, king in Jerusalem:
Ec.1:2 "Meaningless! Meaningless!" says the Teacher. "Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless."
Ec.1:3 What does man gain from all his labor at which he toils under the sun?
 As a result of enjoying King Solomon's enjoyment, "the life aparted from God" sang that everything is in vain and in vain.

Mt.16:26 What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?

C. darkness (v.2) - light (John 1: 1-5)

  Meditate on the words in 1 Corinthians 15: 44-48 and have a good understanding of the first Adam and the last Adam (Jesus).

1, darkness = In the spiritual sense of the Bible, darkness generally means "evil" (Proverbs 2:13) and "death" (Psalm 88:14).
Pr.2:13 who leave the straight paths to walk in dark ways,
Ps.88:14 Why, O LORD, do you reject me and hide your face from me?

2, light = good, means life
 Salvation is drawn to the light in this darkness (Isa. 9: 1)
Isa.9:1 Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past, he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the future, he will honor Galilee of the Gentiles, by the way of the sea, along the Jordan--
Isa.9:2 The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.
Isa.9:3 You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as men rejoice when dividing the plunder.

4) Harmony between the living spirit

   and the saving spirt.

  The first Adam's living spirit (Hebrew: Nephesh) means life in the flesh. The meaning of living life (nephesh) is also applied to beasts. The last Adam (Jesus): The saving spirit, which means the life of the spirit.
   
 1Co.15:44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
 1Co.15:45 So it is written: "The first man Adam became a living being"; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit.
 1Co.15:46 The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual.
 1Co.15:47 The first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven.
 1Co.15:48 As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the man from heaven, so also are those who are of heaven.
